Rachel Shaver serves on the team at City On A Hill. She loves a good discussion about Scripture, learning about people, and helping others to know the real Jesus. She and her husband have three kids that she refers to as “the mafia,” have a wonderful dog named “Mama Layla,” and live in the middle of nowhere, Tennessee.
