Rev. Dr. Suzanne Nicholson is Professor of New Testament at Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky, where she teaches courses on the Bible and theology. She received her Ph.D. in New Testament Studies from the University of Durham in England, an M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky, and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Minnesota. She is also an elder in the Global Methodist Church. Her publications include Women in the New Testament (an 8-week Bible study); “Ephesians” in the Wesley One Volume Commentary; Dynamic Oneness: The Significance and Flexibility of Paul’s One-God Language, and numerous articles for Firebrand, an online Wesleyan magazine where she serves as Assistant Lead Editor. She and her husband have two adult children.
