Curtis Zackery, better known as CZ, is a pastor, author, and founder of Find Rest, a non-profit organization built to support spiritually depleted ministry leaders in Tennessee and beyond. Whether he’s speaking or writing, CZ exhibits empathy and a contagious passion for the gospel in every situation.

CZ graduated from Liberty University and furthered his studies at Gateway Seminary. He also wrote the book Soul Rest, which stemmed from a season of deep learning and growing. CZ enjoys reading, running, and finding great restaurants and coffee spots across the country – but he especially loves spending time at home in Franklin, TN with his wife, Monique, and two sons, Noah and Micah. Suzie accidentally stepped into church ministry in 2002 when she was looking for a part-time job that would allow her to stay home with her kids. It was then that she recognized her deep desire to help the Church become what it was always meant to be – a collective of broken people meant to bring hope and joy to a wounded world. She spends her time guiding people through their spiritual formation and developing leaders. Her greatest joy is seeing people’s love for Jesus fuel their daily rhythms of life.

Since joining the Journey staff in 2017, Suzie’s primary role is embody and implement the “tables and wells” culture of Journey. She’s also a member of the teaching team, and serves as an Elder of the church. Suzie holds a degree from Azusa Pacific University and is slowly pursuing an MA in Theology through Fuller Theological Seminary.
